14 Fabulous Vegetarian Sandwich Ideas

You don’t have to be vegetarian to enjoy both the taste and health benefits of having a meatless sandwich. Having the same old sandwich for lunch gets boring and old. These sandwich ideas will springboard you into creating your own favorite veggie sandwiches. But there is enough variety here to satisfy anyone’s taste for something different and new. Asian Pita Sandwich

Take wheat Pita bread and spread lightly with tahini or peanut butter. Then spoon in 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and fill with grated carrot, fresh greens, thinly sliced onion and thinly sliced cucumber. Add more soy sauce is desired.

Avocado Power Lunch
