As a self-proclaimed “cookbook junkie”, I am always thrilled when I receive a cookbook to review. 101 Ways to Make Ramen Noodles is a neat little cookbook to add to any collection… written especially for those with little time, money, and/or cooking skills.

If you are already a fan of ramen noodles, you will find this variety of dishes, created by author Toni Patrick, close to amazing.

If you are not a fan, these recipes, just might change your way of thinking. Appetizers, main dishes and desserts are included. The book is spiral-bound.

This cookbook would make a great “stocking stuffer”, at holiday time. If you are in need of “that little something extra” gift for a college student or soon-to-be bride with few cooking skills, 101 Ways fits the bill.
