For a burst of energy, late afternoon pick-me up, or great way to start your day, try one of these smoothies for a healthful treat. Each recipe serves two. Use organic ingredients for high-quality taste and flavor. Most of these can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve chilled, and Enjoy!

Cranberry Orange Splash

�½ cup vanilla yogurt
�½ cup Cranberry juice
�½ cup Orange juice
1 frozen banana
�½ cup ice

Blend all ingredients at medium speed and garnish with an orange wedge.

Strawberry Banana Twister

1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
�¼ cup yogurt
1 cup pineapple juice
�½ cup ice

Blend all ingredients at medium speed and garnish with sliced strawberries and a mint leaf.

Cherry Vanilla Jubilee

1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen cherries
�½ cup ice
1 frozen banana

Blend all ingredients at medium speed and garnish with a fresh cherry.

Berry Blast

1 cup grape juice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
�½ cup ice
�½ cup vanilla yogurt

Blend all ingredients at medium speed and garnish with a mint leaf and a few blueberries.

Tropical Cyclone

1 cup pineapple juice
�½ cup orange juice
1 frozen banana
�½ cup ice

Blend all ingredients at medium speed and garnish with a fresh orange wedge.
