Hotel Guide: Sacramento, California

So you’ve found yourself in Sacramento, California. Well, first of all, you’re going to want to enjoy everything that this wonderfully eclectic city has to offer, from its shops to eateries, Sacramento seemingly has everything one needs to be completely happy. This is also is true for the hotels in this wonderful city. There are literally hundreds of hotels in this city, but there is one problemâÂ?¦there are hundreds of hotels. Trying to sift through them all can become quite overwhelming. This is why I have researched and reviewed the top three hotels in Sacramento. So sit back and relax as I review the top hotels.

The first hotel in which I reviewed is the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel. Tis four-star hotel appeases leisure travelers as well as business ones. This historic hotel rises 26-stories off of the Sacramento ground, and is home to some of the most stylish architecture the city has to offer. Some of the amenities this hotel has to offer is a multi-story lobby which incorporates the onsite restaurant as well as a lounge and private seatng areas. This hotel also offers an outdoor lap pool and 24-hour fitness center for those health nuts out there. Need a more technological advanced set up? Well at this hotel, guests can take advantage of faxing, coping, printing, and computers with high-speed Internet access, all of this is available in the gift shop. Guests can also enjoy thirty minutes of complimentary wireless Internet access in public spaces. This hotel has 503 guestrooms which are outfitted with all of the standard amenities.

The second hotel in which I reviewed is the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. This four-star hotel sits across the street from the State Capitol and Capitol Park, and is only one block from the Sacramento Convention Center, and is only one mile from histori Old Sacramento. So if location is what you are seeking, than you will absolutely adore this hotel. Some of the other amenities this hotel offers its guests are two onsite restaurants as well as a 24-hour fitness center and outdoor swimming pool and spa tubs. Guests can also enjoy the business center which is open 24-hours as well, within the business center guests can enjoy high-speed Internet access for a surcharge (wired). Wireless Internet access is available in all public areas, including the hotel’s convention space and meeting areas – this is available for a surcharge. This hotel offers 503 guestrooms, all of which has pillow top mattresses. Some of the in-room amenities this hotel offers includes high-speed wireless Internet access for a surcharge, free local calls, and complimentary premium channels.

And the last hotel in which I reviewed is the Rocklin Park Hotel. This four-star hotel offers a very unique European-style boutique atmosphere, something that is very rare, even in Sacramento. This hotel occupies two adjacent building, one containing the lobby and the other a restaurant and fireplace lounge. Along with views of the surrounding foothills, guests enjoy easy access to corporate offices in the nearby communities. Some of the other amenities this hotel boasts of are a fitness center, splash pool, spa tub, sauna, volleyball court, and bocce ball court. Also, complimentary Internet access is available in the business center. This hotel offers 67 guestrooms in the two buildings. All of the rooms include complimentary high-speed Internet access, bottled water, local phone calls, as well as turndown service.
