Hotel Guide: Springfield, Ohio

So you’ve found yourself in Springfield, Ohio? Well, as any state has, Ohio has a Springfield, but what makes this one different than all of the other Springfield’s in the entire country? It has to be one thing, it’s hotels. This city has some of the greatest hotels this state has seen, and all of them are offered at extremely reasonable rates – thus, even the most discriminatory of travelers will be pleased by the wide array of selection and price variances. Seeing this, I have researched and reviewed the top three of these hotel for potential guests consideration. So, sit back and read on to find your absolutely perfect hotel!

The first hotel in which I reviewed is the Courtyard by Marriott. This two-and-a-half-star-hotel is located in Springfield’s city center, and is only thirty miles northeast of Dayton and only forty-six miles west of Columbus. So, location is one of the greatest amenities this hotel offers its guests, however some of the other various amenities this hotel offers its guests includes complimentary wireless Internet access, which is provided in the lobby and in the seven meeting rooms. There is also an indoor swimming pool, spa tub, and fitness center. This hotel has 120 guestrooms, all of which come with multi-line phones with voicemail, complimentary HBO, as well as complimentary high-speed Internet access. And during the week there are complimentary newspapers, which are delivered, and if you are needing a refrigerator a request can be made to the front desk.

The second hotel in which I reviewed is the Days Inn Springfield. This two-star-hotel is located only three miles from Wittenburg University and is only twenty-five miles from the Dayton International Airport. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers its guests includes a complimentary continental breakfast, which is served daily with fresh coffee. There is also a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, as well as various business services. This hotel has 99 room on two floors. All of the rooms come fully equipped with premium television channels, blackout drapes, complimentary local phone calls, and clock radios.

And the last hotel in which I reviewed is the Ramada Limited. This two-star-hotel is located within ten miles of the Buck Creek State Park and Locust Hills Golf, also, downtown Columbus is only forty-six miles away. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers its guests includes on-site meeting facilities for business travelers, a heated-indoor swimming pool, and complimentary Continental breakfast served daily in the lobby. This hotel has 46 guestrooms, all of which include dial-up Internet access, for a surcharge, coffeemakers, hair dryers, cable television with pay movies, as well as the standard wake-up calls.
