Gaming Target revealed some slick new information about Guerrila’s new PSP
title Killzone: Liberation. A shooter played from an isometric third-person POV as opposed to the first-person of Killzone on PS2, the game will feature six player ad-hoc multiplayer modes, downloadable content, and the ability to issue commands to AI controlled NPCs. Prior to the original’s release in late 2004, Sony touted Killzone as the PS2’s “Halo killer” but failed to deliver on that promise as the game came out to middling reviews and consumer disinterest. Killzone: Liberation will be released on October 31st, 2006 in North America.
