Not-Your-Regular Turkey Meatballs

Do you struggle during dinner time? What to cook? No time to cook and don’t want to feed your family another fast food meal. Here is something you can cook ahead and use on those busy days. You can also use them in different ways to create different dishes. It is our family’s favorite. It is healthy and delicious. In addition, it has short prep time and you don’t even need to stand in front of the stove to cook them. In fact, when the stove is making its magic, you can catch up on the house chore or just sit back and relax, read a book or watch your favorite show when the tasty aroma fills your home.

Cook Time: 30 – 40 minutes
Serve: 24 large size meatballs

Ingredients:
* 2 pkg of ground turkey (2 – 3 lb)
* 2 tsp of olive oil
* 3/4 cup of regular soy sauce or Oigatsu Tsuyu Soup Base (Japanese udon soup base) for a sweeter taste
* 1/4 cup of apple juice (secret ingredient)
* 3-4 tsp sugar or sugar substitute
* 1 tsp of tobasco sauce
* dash of white pepper powder

Cooking Directions:
* Mix all ingredients well and store it in refrigerator for an hour or overnight (for more intense flavor)
* Preheat oven at 350 degrees
* Line the cupcake tray with foil and oil the foil surface – this makes cleaning easy afterward
* Use an ice cream scoop to make a meatball and place the meatball on to the foil in the cupcake tray
* Bake in oven at 350 degree for 30 – 40 minutes. Cook for 30 minutes first and check. If need more time, add another 10 minutes)
* Enjoy or freeze them to use later
