Riders Spending ‘Touch Time’ With Their Motorcycles

Motorcycles are pampered by motorists. Motorists get their satisfaction when their motorcycles are at their prime and performing efficiently.

“It’s ‘touch time’ with my bike”. This statement is casual to motorists. This means routine maintenance tasks. They inspect like the most meticulous inspector. They look for traces of leaks, defects, malfunctions and other dangerous signs and repair them instantly. Second, they replace any defective motorcycle accessories and parts. If women have instincts, motorists also have weird compulsion. This is manifested when they try to put back the tiny things together and adding some accessories to fit in. Everything will turn out to be getting on so well. Third, they clean and lubricate the thing with all their might – a sparkling and enticing motorcycle is the result!

‘Touch time’ which is the time allotted by the motorists to have hands on or up close and personal experience with their bikes. They take advantage of this time to know the functioning and maturity of their bikes to yield better performance, safe ride and ecstatic feeling in riding. The next time you hear ‘touch time’ on motorists that simply means they are maintaining, polishing and accessorizing their bikes for the betterment of its end result to riders.

Perhaps there is an enduring chemistry between the riders and their motorcycles that keep them together anyhow. Rainy and stormy weather come.. bumpy terrains get near, still the bond cannot be detached�Why is that so?

Most of the time the driving force of riders is not just passion but obsession. We see riders so engrossed that we may think they are taking for granted other aspects of their life�but there are also riders who manage their time well-enough to fit all vital pieces of the puzzle in their place�

Balance or equilibrium, though hard to find is indispensable. This is the reason why we have to exert every effort so as not to lose our balance and fall upon the trap that we ourselves made. There are always numerous drawbacks to obsession and that includes oblivion of the other essential things in life. If we learn to balance these things within the very core of our being, we will be assured that everything will find its place under the sun.

Motorcycles are addicting especially when you regularly join races or motocross. It’s thrilling, risky and ecstatic. Have fun but do not overdo it!
