Will You?

Will you?

Without a word you reach out and take my arm,
Pulling me gently toward you through the warm water.

Our lips meet and we kiss, we laugh, we kiss again
Turning gently round, neck deep in the hot spring

And you whisper softly, voice husky in the rising mist
‘Will you please put your tongue in my ear?’

I shudder and do it for you joyfully.
In that moment I Am only for you.

Racing heart, liquid body
You are my Beloved and rejoicing is all I know.
