Application Unsuccessful Email

If your job to overlook and help in the hiring process at a company, one of the things you may be required to do would be to notify candidates about the status of their job application via email.

Since the task is to write an application unsuccessful email, inform the candidate that the job application submitted was deemed unsuccessful by the hiring panel at your company.

Then write a few lines about the reason of for the application being successful. Finally, conclude the email in an appropriate manner such as wishing the candidate good luck.

Even though your resume was quite impressive, there were a number of candidates who met our specific requirements in a more appropriate manner. Furthermore, your expected salary was more than our Accounts Department has allocated for the post of Assistant Manager.

    Since you resume was quite impressive, we will keep it in our database and contact you if a more appropriate post becomes available.
