- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 heads little gem lettuce – torn
- 50g (2 oz) sunflower seeds
- 2 avocados - peeled, stones removed and sliced
Take olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, mayonnaise and garlic in order to whisk them together. Then, season them with salt and pepper as per taste.
Grab a bowl and put sunflower seeds and lettuce in it. To combine these two items toss them along with sufficient dressing to coat. After that add avocado slice on the top and it is ready to be served.
