Although numerous salads are prepared around the world but there are quite a few that can impress a person who does not like eating only fruits and vegetables. One such salad is Cobb Salad. This mouth-watering dish is a mixture of chicken, eggs, cheese and various vegetables which are combined to produce a terrific flavour. - 6 slices bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle Ranch-style salad dressing
Take a saucepan and pour warm water in it. Then place eggs and cover it completely. Then boil these eggs. After it is done keep the eggs covered and remove them from heat. Allow the eggs to remain in hot water for about 10 to 12 minutes. Bring out the eggs from hot water after 10 to 12 minutes and let them cool, after which peel and chop them.
Get a deep and large skillet to place bacons in it. Cook bacons in this skillet over medium high heat until they turn brown evenly from all sides. After that drain the bacons, crumble them and put aside.
Take plates and place shredded lettuce equally in all of them.
Afterwards equally divided and set chicken, tomatoes, eggs, bacon, blue cheese, green onions, and avocado in a row over the lettuce.
Drizzle bottle Ranch-style salad dressing over each set of plate and enjoy this delicious salad.
