Boil lightly salted water in a large pot then place pasta shells in it to cook. Sauté these pasta shells for about 10 to 12 minutes or until they give a firm texture. This is when you should drain them out.
Bring a bowl and pour in mayonnaise, honey mustard, dill, sour cream and lemon juice in it and blend them. Then, season it with salt and pepper.
After that take a large bowl and put the cooked pasta, crabmeat, sour cream mixture, green bell pepper, red bell pepper along with green onions and toss them together. Cover this large bowl after tossing the ingredients and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
