Difference between Apple Ipad Mini and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7 0
Competition between Samsung and Apple continues, as both companies have launched 7-inch tablets. After earning great success with iPad, Apple has come up with iPad Mini – a 7-inch tablet. Samsung, on the other hand, is trying to make its presence felt in the tablet market and the company has launched Galaxy Tab 2 7.0.
Although they have similar audience to target, there are plenty of basic differences between these two tablets. Both tablets run different operating systems. Apple has its own operating system, while the Samsung device is supported by Android. When it comes to dimensions, the Galaxy tab is slightly smaller but thicker than iPad Mini.
With a weight of 341 grams, it is a little heavier than the Apple device which is 308 grams in weight. The Samsung device does not have a groundbreaking display as compared to iPad Mini, which has a slightly sharper IPS LCD with a resolution of 1,024 x 768 pixels.
The Galaxy tablet has come in two different versions; 8GB and 16GB. On the other hand, iPad mini has three different capacity variations – 16, 32, and 64GB. One can expand Galaxy Tab’s storage capacity through microSD card, whereas the Apple pad does not support any external memory.
iPad Mini bests Samsung Galaxy tab with a 5MB rear camera. Its front-facing camera is also better than Galaxy Tab’s VGA camera. One has to pay the cost for the better features, as iPad Mini is slightly expensive than the Galaxy Tab.

iPad Mini
Apple has given a new dimension to the tablet market by launching iPad Mini in 2012. With the dimensions of 200 x 134.7 x 7.2 mm, the device looks really quite cool.
It has a 5MP back camera coupled with a 1.2MP front-facing camera. It runs iOS 6, but can be updated to iOS 6.1.3.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0
It is one of the best tablets released by Samsung. Including light and proximity sensors, the device offers plenty of fascinating features to its users.
It is powered by Dual core, 1000 MHz processor and 1024 MB RAM. Its rear camera is of 3 MP only.
