Difference Between Toshiba Android Tablet and Acer Aspire ICONIA Tab

After mobile phones, a massive boost has been seen in the field of tablets. Not a single manufacturer is staying behind in this regard, as we see various tabs in the market. Although it is very difficult to impress the iPad users, a number of Android-supported tablets are generating plenty of income.

Both, Toshiba Android Tablet and Acer Aspire ICONIA Tab are new to the market. Although they are Android Honeycomb based tablets, there are several differences between them. Toshiba Android Tablet is powered by 1 GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, while Acer Aspire ICONIA Tab has a 1 GHz Nvidia Tegra dual core processor.

The latter of the two is available in difference sizes, such as 7 inches (A100, A101) and 10.1 inches (A500, A501). On the contrary, the Toshiba device is available only in one size. The Acer tab captures video in HD, but Toshiba device does not. However, its Resolution+Up conversion technology makes a standard video look like a HD one.

    Toshiba is a giant Japanese electronics company that has deep roots in the laptop manufacturing. The recent boost pushed the company to try luck in the tab market, as it launched an Android tablet.

    Acer Aspire ICONIA Tab

    The tab’s wonderful display makes it better from many others tablets. The tablet offers a large 10.1” WXGA display at a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It has a large 16 GB internal memory, but the user can expand the storage capacity to another 32 GB through microSD card.

    Acer Aspire ICONIA Tab has a beautiful Aluminum body and despite this, it is not one of the expensive tablets. Since it has HDMI connectivity, the user can watch videos instantly after capturing. The device not only offers a 5 MP back camera, but also a 2 MP front-facing camera. The auto-focus is the key feature of its cameras.
