- 1 (16 ounce) package farfalle pasta
- 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
- salt and pepper to taste
Boil salted water in a big saucepan. Add pasta in it and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are cooked properly but still don’t loose their shape.
Gently pour cooked pasta, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Your, Easy Olive Oil, Tomato and Basil Pasta Salad is ready.
