Vegan people, ones who avoid any animal products, are in for a treat! This particular chocolate cake is extremely tasty. You can use rice flour and add chocolate chips with nuts to give this cake a special taste.
Ingredients
All-purpose flour – 1 ½ cup
Vegetable oil – ⅓ cup
White sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder – ¼ cup
Distilled white vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Water – 1 cup
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Now you need to mix together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Now add oil with vinegar, vanilla and water.
Mix together all these ingredients until you form a smooth paste.
Pour the mixture into a preparing pan.
Bake it at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow it to cool down.
Serve and enjoy!
