Vinegar, like cider, balsamic, or red wine - 1 to 2 tablespoons
Dried herbs (thyme, oregano, rosemary, or crumbled bay leaf) - 2 to 3 teaspoons
Mustard - 1 to 2 tablespoons
Garlic or onion powder - 1 to 2 teaspoon
Extra-virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Boneless and skinless chicken - 4 (6 ounces)
Instructions
Thaw the meat overnight.
Place herbs and powders in a plastic bag.
Add some oil, vinegar and mustard along with it and close the bag.
Thoroughly mix up the ingredients.
Open the bag and place the chicken in it.
Close the bag and shake it again, just like before.
Make sure that the chicken is thoroughly coated with the mixture that you have in the bag.
Place the bag in your refrigerator, leaving it there for about 2 weeks.
Take the closed bag out of the refrigerator and allow it first warm up at room temperature.
Open the bag and take the marinated chicken out of it.
Hit the grill or the pan, whatever you’re using at the moment, upon medium-high heat.
Place chicken on it once it is well-heated, cooking it about 4 minutes on each side.
Take off the chicken from the grill and it's ready to be served. Enjoy!
