Easy Luncheon Meat Meal

Servings cooked rice, preferably refrigerated overnight - 2 (about 200g) Tin luncheon meat, sliced thinly to half crescent pieces - ½ (about 200g) Egg, Beaten - 1 Light soy sauce - ½ tsp Frozen peas, microwaved for 02 minutes - 1 cup Cooking oil - 1 tbsp Cloves garlic, peeled and chopped - 4 Shallots, peeled and chopped - 3 Oyster sauce - 1 tsp Onions, finely chopped - As per taste Fry the luncheon meat in a pan. Use a little oil to give a brownish look to the meat. Once both sides of the meat are brown, set it aside. Moisturise a wok or pan by using a few drops of cooking oil to fry eggs. Swirl the pan to spread the egg evenly. Set the egg aside, once both sides are properly cooked. Heat the oil in order to fry shallots and garlic. Keep cooking until the shallots are translucent. Add rice. Break up all the rice lumps. Use back of the spatula or tuner. Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce, making sure that the sauces are completely mixed. Cook for another couple of minutes after adding peas. Add omelette and the luncheon meat. All the ingredients should be completely mixed.
