Any combination of butter, milk, cream, or whatever you use when you make mashed
potatoes - ¼ cup
Salt and pepper - To taste
Instant mashed potatoes - ¼ cup
Garlic powder - ½ to 1 teaspoon
Head cauliflower - 1 medium
Cream cheese, softened - 1 tablespoon
Grated parmesan - ¼ cup
Minced garlic - ½ teaspoon
Straight chicken base or bullion - ⅛ teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
Chopped fresh or dry chives, for garnish - ½ teaspoon
Unsalted butter - 3 tablespoons
Instructions
Wash all the utensils before you start making your recipe.
Also wash your hands and make it a habit to keep everything clean.
Take a saucepan and fill it with water.
Put it on the stove until it boils.
While water is on the stove, cut cauliflower into florets.
