Ending your work day on a good note is not only essential for a productive and fruitful own time which follows, but also controls your efficiency on the following day. The question here is how can a person end a work day properly; are there some universal rules?     Every person makes a to-do list at the start of the day, be it in his or her mind, a piece of paper on or a computer. By the end of the work day, the first should be to check how many tasks have been crossed on that list.
