    It is ideal to buy fresh meat from the market rather than opting for the processed one. It is healthier and will taste a lot better once you have cooked it the right way.

    Make sure that you have washed the meat properly before you prepare it for cooking. There will be a lot of fat on the meat, which needs to be removed, as it is not good for health at all. Moreover, it is ideal to wash it with warm water.

    Once you have washed the meat properly, let it dry completely. If you are in a hurry, you can do this process in a microwave oven. However, it is ideal to let the water drain naturally.
