How to Do Arabesque Moves in Skydiving

Arabesque moves are a part of ballet dancing. You can observe the common arabesque moves in any ballet dance that is taking place in your locality. Nonetheless, being part of the ballet dance does not make it easier, as you might be aware of the ballet dancing. Similarly, the arabesque moves requires a lot of flexibility, balance and hard work, which of course cannot be gained in a couple of days. Arabesque moves are very tricky to perform on the ground and just imagine doing these moves in skydiving.

    In order to do arabesque moves in skydiving, it is of utmost importance that you should master them and practice them on the ground. These moves require a lot of self-control and balance, thus these are difficult to perform on the ground. Just imagine doing these moves in the air, you cannot do so until you have complete control and grip over your body. For this, you should join an arabesque class and practice as much as you can. Remember that the practice makes a man perfect, thus you should never underestimate the importance of practice.

    After you have mastered the arabesque moves, you must now prepare for skydiving. After you have jumped from the plane, you should position yourself properly. Just like the arabesque moves on the ground where you stand straight towards the wall, you can do the same in skydiving by taking your friend as a wall.

    Now you must move yourself at the angle of 90 degrees towards your right.

    You must stretch your toes and point them out at the angle of 45 degree.

    Now you should place your right leg in front of you and stretch your right arm at the shoulder height.

    It can be tougher in the skydiving, but if you balance your body. You can easily do it. You should try to move your weight towards your foot and slowly move your right leg and put it down.

    Move your right arm towards your back but it should match your shoulder height. Now bring the left arm to the front and keep it straight.
