Carefully observe the rainbow trout. You will see a hole near the tail of the fish, located at the stomach. Start to cut at that hole and move all the way up to the gills of the rainbow trout.

In order to peel away the trout’s skin, start at the point where you had cut the tail and move all the way to the front where the trout’s head was cut. Accomplish this step nice and easy because the skin you fail to peel would have to be picked and that can be a hectic task.
