Question your life decisions
Now the first thing you need to do, is to reconsider your life decisions. These are primarily the ones that made you decide you wanted to be a vegan. Being a vegan doesn’t solve many issues in life, and despite your protests, there are always going to be meat eaters out there.
As a result, you need to figure out if you are going to live a life of hardships, just because you feel that a vegan diet is the answer.
Lift heavy weights
In order to really hit your muscles and get the best out of them, you need to go ahead and lift some very heavy weights.
With you being a vegan, you are going to have to lift heavier weights then normal people, since your post work out meals aren’t going to be able to do the same as a normal persons meal will.
So make sure that you go big, or go home. Always look to push yourself in the gym, and don’t stop till you can’t go on anymore.
Being a Vegan, you really need to be in top shape, since chances are you get picked on a lot.
Remember that you need to intake a lot of proteins, so try and modify your diet in a way so that you target getting in vegetables that are high in protein content.
At the same time, another tip is to keep nuts in your pockets. Nuts are a great source of proteins, and you should try and snack on them every chance you get. Having nuts every now and then will help you out quite a bit.
