How to Get Cigarette Smoke off Your Breath

It is difficult to get away with smoking cigarettes especially when not permitted. If your parents have disallowed you from smoking and you can’t resists it, you need to take measures to get rid of the strong odour of it from your breathe. Not only this, if you do not want to offend people near you with the odour of cigarette smoking, you take steps to keep your breathe clean.

- Toothpaste
- Mouthwash
- Peppermints
- Wrigley’s Thin Ice strips
- Binaca Spearmint Breath Spray
- Coffee
- Vinegar

    Brush your teeth regularly

    First thing you can do to clean your breathe is to brush your teeth every day. This will get rid of the cigarette odour from your breathe. Remember that you can use mint-flavoured toothpaste for this purpose.

    Use a peppermint mouthwash to clean your breathe. Remember to rinse with the mouthwash for around a minute.

    You can eat peppermint candy to purify your breathe. Remember to chew peppermint until it is gone.

    You can consume Wrigley’s Thin Ice strip in your mouth after smoking a cigarette. You can carry them with you all the time as they are small in size. This can be used a good alternative for brushing.

    Apply Binaca spearmint breath spray in order to get rid of cigarette odour. These are also small and can be carried anywhere in your pocket or purse. You need to spray it in your mouth and then swish and swallow.

    You can drink coffee regularly. Coffee’s odour will overshadow cigarette smoking odour and people will think that you have consumed coffee.
