Take Vitamins every day

Avoid Excessive use of Chemical Products and Hot Air
Excessive use of chemical products and hot air also causes hair color to fade. Once in a week, you can apply some Aloe Vera or coconut oil after shampoo. These oils help to preserve nutrients that were lost due to blow drying and chemical products.
Eat Dry Fruits
You can preserve your natural hair color by increasing the quantity of dry fruits in your diet. Cashews, almonds, and walnuts are sufficiently effective for the growth of hairs and darkening of their color.

Excessive intake of fruits and vegetables play vital role in retaining the natural color of your hair. Fruits and vegetables are enriched with nutrients, which are essential for the healthy growth hair.
