How to Get Sri Lanka Tourist Visit Visa from London

Sri Lanka’s white beaches, lush forests and friendly residents make the island nation a perfect destination for a vacation. The fast growing economy and good location on naval trading routes also make a great business destination. If you would like to travel to The Pearl of the Indian Ocean from London, you will need to obtain a visa for entry. Previously, British citizens could get a visa after landing at the airport by new rules require all visitors to go through the Electronic Travel Authority (ETA), which is an online visa system. Of course if you are wary of online systems you can always send your documents to the Sri Lankan Embassy in London by post or walk in to their offices to apply in person. There are two types of short visit visa options including tourist and business.
