True – most of us do as we take the decrease in our vision capability so lightly that is leads to serious eyesight problems.     Effective Exercises

    Given below are some of the useful exercises that play vital role in maintaining and improving good eyesight:

    Blinking: It is the simplest but very useful eye exercise. Constant eye stress can leads toward eyesight problems. Blink your eye after 3 to 4 seconds, especially during watching television or working on a computer.

    Palming: It is another easy eye exercise. Take few deep breathes, close your eyes and then place the alms of both hands on your eyes. Now relax and wait for few seconds. Repeat this simple procedures during computer work and normal daily activities to relax your eyes.

    Figure of Eight: It is another good option to improve the flexibility of your eyes’ muscles. Sit or lay down in a comfortable position, close your eyes and imagine wide figure right in front of you at a distance f about 8 to 10 feet. Now calm turn the figure 8 on its side and gently start tracing it with the help of your eyes. Perform it one way for 5 to 10 seconds and do it from the other angle.

    Near and far focusing: You can perform this simple exercise anywhere anytime you want. Stand or sit in a comfortable position and set one of your thumb at a distance of about 10 inches. Now focus on the thumb for 5 second and then diver your eye position towards something else in front of you at about 25 to 30 feet. It will strengthen your eyes’ muscles, improving your overall vision.
