Utensils: Champagne flute, Straw, long glass
- 2 oz peach juice or peach puree
- 2 oz raspberry puree
- 4 oz Champagne
- Peach wedge for garnishing – Optional
Take a long champagne glass and pour 2 oz of peach juice or peach puree into it. Now, top it with 2 oz of raspberry puree.
Now, fill the glass with 4 oz of Champagne and stir with a long spoon to settle the bubbles.
Garnish it with a peach wedge if you want and serve immediately.
