Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Take a medium size sauce pan and add the cream of mushroom soup and all the seasonings to it.
Heat this mixture until it is mildly warm.
Add the Swiss cheese (shredded) into the heated soup and blend until it is all melted.
Spread half of the corn bread stuffing and the vegetables in a large bowl.
Pour the cheesy soup mixture over the vegetables and the bread stuffing and gently mix the ingredients until all the vegetables are coated nicely.
Transfer this mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining bread stuffing over the top.
Put the baking dish in the preheated oven and cook until the vegetables are tender (usually 30 to 40 minutes).
Remove the dish from the oven.
Your Cheesy Vegetable Medley is ready. Serve while hot.
