However a very simple and mostly used Chi – Chi recipe is illustrated in the following few steps, which will definitely taste great. Utensils Needed: Highball glass or margarita, a blender
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serving Size: 1
- 1 – 2 cup of crushed ice
- 2 ounces of good quality vodka
- 1 / 2 ounce of blue curacao
- 1 / 2 ounce of coconut cream
- 1 / 2 cup of fresh or canned pineapple
- One scoop of vanilla ice cream
- A chunk of pineapple for garnishing purpose
Take a blender and pour 1/2 cup of crushed ice in it along with two ounces of vodka, half ounce of blue curacao, half ounce of coconut cream, half cup of fresh or canned pineapple and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Turn on the blender for a less than a minute to mix all of the ingredients thoroughly. Make sure they're all well settled!
Take a highball glass or margarita and pour the mixture from the blender into the glass.
