Serving Size: 1 serving
Utensils: Highball or rocks glass, a stirrer
- 1 – ½ ounces of Falernum (John D. Taylor’s Falernum is preferred)
- ½ ounce of dark rum (Cruzan Black Rum is preferred)
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- ¼ slice of fresh lime, cut it in half for garnishing purpose
- Ice cubes as required
Take a highball or rock glass and fill it with ice cubes.
Now pour 1 – ½ ounces of falernum in it and then pour ½ ounce of dark rum in the glass which will start floating over the falernum.
Now take 2 dashes of angostura bitters and add them into the glass.
Now squeeze the lemon slices into the drink and then drop them into the glass.
Corn N' Oil Cocktail is ready to serve, stir well and add more ice if required.
Garnishing will definitely make it more appealing, but it's optional!
