Ingredients:
Cucumbers (chopped in cubes): 3
Avocado (cored and finally diced): 2
Chopped Onion (finally chopped): 1
Dill
Ginger (finally crushed): 1 tablespoon
Garlic (finally crushed): 1 tablespoon
Red Grapes Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Salt: to taste
Black Pepper: to taste

Instructions

    Take a medium sized bowl and add the cucumber cubes, diced avocado, chopped onions, dill and red grapes vinegar.

    Next, season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste and mix them together. Now refrigerate it for about half an hour.
