Ingredients needed for Horse’s Neck cocktail recipe
– 2 ounces of bourbon
– 8 ounces of ginger ale
– 2 to 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
–  Peeled lemon spiral
– Ice cubes as required

    Take a Collins glass and carefully place the spiral lemon peel on the edge of the glass and secure one of its ends over the glass’s lip.
