Place ½ cup of ice cubes in a clean cocktail shaker.
Pour 1 jigger of grenadine, 1 jigger of apple brandy, 1 jigger of lemon juice, 2 egg whites and 2 ½ jiggers of gin into the shaker.
Now, seal the lid of the cocktail shaker properly and shake it vigorously for 20 seconds until all ingredients mix completely and form a foamy surface.
Note: The key to this amazing pinkish cocktail is to shake it longer than you would most other drinks in order to make sure all ingredients are mixed well.
Remove the lid of the cocktail shaker and strain the Pink Lady Cocktail into a cocktail glass.
Garnish it with a fresh cherry or a lemon wedge and serve instantly.
