Utensils: Cocktail Shaker, Beer mug or glass
- 1 ounce brandy
- 1 1/2 ounces ruby port
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 egg yolk
- Ice cubes
Grab a large cocktail shaker and add few ice cubes to it.
Now, top the ice cubes with 1 ounce of brandy, 1 ½ ounces of ruby port and ¼ ounce of simple syrup.
Place the cocktail shaker’s lid at the top and seal it properly in order to avoid over-splitting of the cocktail.
Hold the cocktail shaker tightly and shake it vigorously for at least 30 seconds until the egg yolk mixes well with the rest of the ingredients and forms a foamy surface.
Remove the lid of the cocktail shaker and strain it in a wine mug or glass.
