Mix flour, salt and eggs
Take a mixing bowl and pour in the all purpose flour and salt. Use a spoon to form a well of flour. Add eggs into the centre by cracking them. Next add one tablespoon of water in the mixture and combine all the ingredients.
Cover the bowl
After mixing the ingredients, you need to cover the bowl with a clean dish cloth. Leave the Ramen noodle dough for 30 minutes.
Roll dough through pasta machine
Now get the pasta machine and attach an angel hair attachment to it. Then take the dough you made earlier and pass it through the pasta machine. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Next you need to twirl the Ramen noodles into nests and repeat until you consume the entire dough. You can place the nests on parchment paper and allow them to dry for a few hours.
Deep fry the nests
Now you need to deep fry the nests. Take a fryer and fill it with vegetable oil. Then heat to high temperature and deep fry for three minutes. Later flip the nests and deep fry it for another three minutes. Remove the nests with a slotted spoon and repeat the steps with the other nests.
Cool the nests
Place the nests on a paper towel and let it drain. Let them cool for almost 20 minutes.
Boil the water
Next you need to fill the pot with water and boil at high temperature. Place the cooled nests into the pot and boil until the noodles are tender.
Drain the water and place the noodles into a plastic bag with a zip closure. Add chopped veggies and then seal it again. Later you need to roll the bag in a shape of burrito. Leave the bag for almost 10 minutes and then enjoy eating it.
