How to Make a Vodka Sunrise Cocktail

Vodka Sunrise Cocktail

Vodka Sunrise Cocktail is a classic mixed drink that is very simple to create at home. This astounding cocktail is a lot like Tequila Sunrise which is served at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. The only slight difference is that the tequila is replaced by vodka. Vodka Dry, Vodka Amp, 6am Sunrise, Vodka Ricki, Vodka Martini, Vodka Greyhound, Vodka Grasshopper, Vodka and Coke, Vodka Gimlet, Vodka and Schweppes, Vodka Fizz, Vodka and Tonic, Long Vodka, Vodka Daisy, Vodka Collins, Green Vodka, Vodka Russian, Coffee Vodka, Vodka Bloodhound, Vodka Awesomeness, Vodka Passion, and the Midnight Vodka are other close versions of the Vodka Sunrise Cocktail.

The Vodka Sunrise Cocktail, generally considered a long drink, derives its name from the way it looks once it has been transferred into a cocktail glass. The thicker the ingredients settle, the better it will create gradations in color that imitate a sunrise effect.
