Take a glass and chill it in the refrigerator, since shakes taste best when chilled.
Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt into the blender or smoothie maker. Also add half cup milk and eight frozen strawberries.
Add three tablespoons of sugar, one teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon to the above mixture.
Blend the mixture well until the frozen strawberries have been mashed up and the drink looks smooth. If the blended mixture is too thick, add some more milk and give it a mild swirl.
Take the glass out of the refrigerator when you are done with preparing your yogurt shake.
Pour the smoothie into the chilled glass, garnish it with a fresh strawberry and enjoy right away.
