You don’t have to do much on the first day. Take 1 cup of starter dough and leave it there. Do not forget to cover it well and put it in a nice warm place.
On the second day, take out the starter, uncover it and use a wooden spoon to stir the dough. Keep this in mind that you can’t use a metal spoon here so instead rely on a wooden spoon. Repeat the procedure on the day 3rd and 4th as well.
On the 5th day, you need to do a little more than just stirring. Take a cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar and a cup of milk. Add the three ingredients together and gradually stir them.
On the day 6th, you don’t have to do anything else and just stir the mixture once a day. Repeat the procedure on the 7th, 8th and 9th day as well.
On the 10th day, you need to add 1 cup of this mixture in two separate containers. Keep the other cup well refrigerated if you are not ready to start the next batch of bread.
In order to bake the bread, you need to have 4 cup of starter left with you. Carefully add oil to that and don’t forget to add 1 cup sugar and eggs to it. After that, add vanilla and baking soda and stir the mixture. At the end, add 2 cup of flour and baking powder to it. You can also choose to add cinnamon and salt according to your taste.
Now, heat up the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the bread mixture properly and add it to loaf pans that are greased and sugared up well.
Bake it for about 50 minutes in the oven. Turn off the oven and wait for 10 minutes before you remove the pans.
