First, place the salt and peppered loin of your pork in the Crockpot. Make sure that you roast the pork brown and not black with a small amount of oil.
Now, peel and then slice one small onion. Place the two halves of the onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
Add ½ cup of water.
Now, put your remaining onion and garlic into the pot.
Now, just cover the crockpot and cook it at a low temperature for around 9 hours.
After this, remove the meat and let it cool enough and then take away the onion and juices from the pot and put them in a slow cooker.
Now, tear your roast in small shreds and then put them back in the pot.
Add barbecue sauce to the mixture according to your taste and then keep cooking it for an hour more until all the flavours become blended perfectly.
