Frozen mixed berries – 500 grams
Honey – 4 tablespoons
Natural yoghurt – 500 grams
Fresh berries – 150 grams
Mint – For garnishing purposes
Add the frozen berries, yoghurt and honey into the food processor.
Plug in the processor and give it a run. Mix until the ingredients are smooth and well mixed.
Spoon the mixture into your large storage container, cover and place in the freezer.
Allow the mixture to set well and freeze.
Serve the yoghurt with fresh berries and sprigs of mint. Enjoy!
