How to Make Brandied Peaches

Brandied Peaches are easy to make only take around half an hour of your time. In addition to that, you will not require more than 4 ingredients to make this recipe. That is the reason why many people prefer this recipe over baking cakes and other stuff for the post-meal appetite. – 1 (24 ounce) can peaches, halves

– 4 tablespoons brandy

– ¼ cup toasted pecans (chopped) (optional)

– 1 (12 ounce) box mincemeat

All the above mentioned ingredients are usually available at home or one can also purchase them while buying grocery from a mart.

    Make sure the oven is set to 175 degrees Celsius and turn it on. If the temperature is being shown in Fahrenheit, set it to 350 degrees. Drain all the peaches and fill 3/4th of a cup with the syrup.

    Take a saucepan and add mincemeat after crumbling it. Pour the syrup into the saucepan and put it on the stove. Boil the mixture and keep on stirring for around 3 to 4 minutes or until the mixture becomes thick. Add brandy to the mixture and boil it for 1 more minute.

    Take a baking dish and spread peach halves over it. Spoon the already-made mixture over the peaches one by one. Place the baking dish with peaches in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes.

    Remove the peaches from the oven and sprinkle with pecans if desired. The Brandied Peaches are ready to be served.
