Put some ice cubes in the cocktail shaker, depending upon how chilled you want your Caribou Lou cocktail to be.
Now, measure five ounces of pineapple juice and pour it into the cocktail shaker.
Measure one ounce of coconut flavoured rum, and add this to the shaker too.
Then, pour 1 ½ ounces of 151-proof rum into the cocktail shaker.
Shake all the ingredients together until they are all chilled and well combined.
Take a highball glass and fill it 3/4ths of the way with ice cubes.
Strain the drink into the glass and stir the ingredients with a bar spoon. If you don’t have a bar spoon, a simple spoon with a long handle will work.
Garnish the glass with a lime wedge or a slice of pineapple, and serve chilled.
