Cheese pimiento is one of the tastiest and the most delicious spreads. It can be served along with food in the family dinners or any other kind of feast. You can also serve it as an appetiser or snack at family get together. It is not very difficult to make. All you need is a little time and few necessary ingredients.
Ingredients
  • Cheddar Cheese - 1 box (32 oz.)
  • Reduced fat mayonnaise dressing - 1 jar (30 fl. oz.)
  • Red bell peppers (diced) or buy ready-to-use in a jar - 2
  • Crackers or breads
Instructions
  1. First of all, you have to wash around two red bell peppers.
  2. Then, remove their seeds and set them aside after dicing them.
  3. Now, take a large bowl and add cheddar cheese in it.
  4. It is extremely important for you to add the right quantity of the cheddar cheese in order to make your spread tasty.
  5. Then, grate the cheese in the bowl.
  6. After that, you have to add the diced peppers into the grated cheese in the bowl.
  7. Mix them well and then add mayonnaise.
  8. Keep stirring all the ingredients well and keep adding mayonnaise until the mixture become fluffy.
  9. Don’t add too much mayonnaise as it will ruin the taste of the spread.
  10. You spread is ready and you can apply it on any kind of crackers or sandwich as per your choice. It is to be noted that you can also preserve the spread in jars.
  11. You will have to keep them in the refrigerator. Furthermore, you must clean the jars properly before putting the spread in them.
