This simple recipe requires only 4 to 5 simple ingredients.
Following step by step guide will help you to prepare chilled mango soup in 2 very simple steps.
Preparation Time: Approx. 30 minutes
Serving size: 1-2 persons
- 1-1/2 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon of mint
- 1/2 tablespoons of yogurt for soup
- 2 cups of chopped mangos
- 2 tablespoons of more yogurt for garnishing
Take a blending jug and add mango, milk and yogurt in it. Blend all of them with the help of blender.
Pour the mixture in a bowl and use yogurt and mint to garnish it before serving. Serve chilled.
The soup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days.
