Instructions

  • 1

Preheat the oven to around 350- degrees or according to your instructions. In order for an easy clean-up after the party, line your cookies sheets with parchment paper. It would take couple of extra minutes but will certainly save you a huge amount of headache later on.

  • 2

Take your hot dogs and pat dry them. Do not use any other method to dry the hot dogs and make sure to only pat dry them.

  • 3

The next thing you need to do is to open just one section of the crescent dough and when you are done with that, place a whole frank at the shortest side of the dough.  Roll up the dough until it covers the entire hot dog. Now you have to press the dough together and the best thing to do would be to seal it around the frank.

  • 4

Now, cut the dough-encased franks into four pieces of even size and take them to the parchment paper. Space them evenly on the parchment paper. After you are done with this step, you need to repeat the step 3 one more.

  • 5

Once you are done with all that, bake for 20-25 minutes and wait. After that time, the dough should be golden and when this is the case, it means that the meat is fully cooked. Your cocktail weenies are ready to serve. Enjoy and do not forget to serve immediately.
