Steps to Make Egg Fried Rice

Chinese foods are irresistibly tasty and some of them are very famous all around the world. Egg fried rice is one of the most famous Chinese dishes and is a light, very tasty and easy to make main meal. Egg fried rice are also a great way to use up your leftovers such as cold boiled rice. As we move from region to region, egg fried rice are cooked with some altered methods as compared to the pure Chinese style egg fried rice. Egg fried rice cooked in some south Asian countries such as India and Pakistan have a slightly different recipe. In following guide I will tell you step by step recipe of delicious egg fried rice.

Ingredients:

(1) kilograms of Basmati Rice
(1) cup of chopped green onion leaves
(1) cup of chopped capsicum
Nip of yellow colour
(2) finely chopped carrots
(6) eggs
(6) cloves of chopped garlic
(1/2) cup of oil
(4-5) drops of sesame oil
(1) teaspoon of white pepper powder
(1) teaspoon of sugar
(1) tablespoon flour mixed with chicken cubes
(2) tablespoons of soya sauce
(2) tablespoons of white vinegar
Salt as required

Instructions

    Take a bowl and wash the rice to remove dust and then steep them in water for approx. 20 minutes time.

    If you have a rice cooker, use it to boil the rice or else simply use a pot and boil the soaked rice along with, one tablespoon of vinegar, salt.
    Continuously check the rice, as they are half done, remove them and remove the remaining water from the pot. Now use steam to tender the rice.

    Once rice gets tendered, spread them on a dish, and leave them until they become crispy.

    Take a frying pan, and add half cup of oil in it. Fry the garlic cloves until they get golden brown texture.

    Now beat all of the eggs along with yellow colour and then stir fry them. Now add capsicum, carrots, onion leaves, and one tablespoon of vinegar, sugar and flour with cubes. Fry all of them until they are all set.

    Take a frying pan, and add half cup of oil in it. Fry the garlic cloves until they get golden brown texture. Now beat all of the eggs along with yellow colour and then stir fry them. Now add capsicum, carrots, onion leaves, and one tablespoon of vinegar, sugar and flour with cubes. Fry all of them until they are all set.

    Now add boiled rice in all of them, and fry them on high temperature. Once the rice are set, add sesame oil and serve hot.
