How to Make Fool Proof Holiday Fudge

Utensils : 9 by 13 inch pan, parchment paper, medium saucepan, cookie cutter, knife

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil, cooking spray
Sugar: 2 cups
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Unsalted butter: 6 tablespoons
Cream: 1 cup
Mini marshmallows: 3 1/2 cups
Semisweet or white chocolate chips: 3 cups
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Crushed peppermint candy: 1/2 cup

    Take the baking pan. Line it with parchment paper. It is better to use two layers of paper to make sure that all parts of the inner pan are covered. Lay one layer lengthwise and the other width wise for maximum cover. Now coat the parchment layer with cooking spray so that it is greased and you can easily take out the fudge.

    Take a deep saucepan and place it on medium heat. Add to it sugar, salt, butter, cream, and marshmallows and cook them together. Keep stirring constantly for 6 minutes or until you see the butter and marsh mellows melt. Cook the mixture until it reaches boiling point. However, keep stirring and cook for another five minutes.

    After five minutes of boiling, remove the mixture from heat. Add to it hips and vanilla. Stir everything together. Pour this mixture into the pan you prepared earlier. Let the fudge cool down in the pan for around three hours till it is set in shape.
